La fecha límite de recepción de resúmenes será el 26 de septiembre de 2016 (PLAZO AMPLIADO HASTA EL 3 DE OCTUBRE DE 2016) . Los resúmenes, cuyas características pueden encontrarse en estas instrucciones , deberán enviarse única y exclusivamente a través de esta página, pulsando el enlace Resúmenes y ponencias al final de la misma. Mediante ese enlace y después de identificarse siguiendo las indicaciones, se accede a la plantilla electrónica, que deberá rellenarse para cada comunicación que se quiera enviar.
La fecha límite para la recepción de comunicaciones completas será el 19 de diciembre de 2016 . Se elaborarán, en español, en inglés o en bilingüe, siguiendo este formato (en inglés format, en bilingüe format) y se enviarán en un fichero pdf a través de esta página, pulsando el enlace Resúmenes y ponencias al final de la misma.
Antes del 27 de febrero de 2017 se comunicará a los autores la aceptación provisional o rechazo de la ponencia completa y, en su caso, las modificaciones requeridas por el Comité Científico, que deberán realizarse antes del 13 de marzo. Asimismo se indicará el formato de presentación en el Congreso: comunicación oral o póster (formato póster). La aceptación definitiva se comunicará a los autores antes del 10 de abril de 2017 .
Se publicará un libro con los resúmenes de las ponencias, y las comunicaciones completas sólo se editarán en soporte digital. Para la publicación del resumen y de la ponencia será necesario que el autor que vaya a presentarla se haya inscrito en el Congreso antes del 30 de abril de 2017 , no pudiendo presentar un mismo autor más de 4 ponencias. Para el cómputo de presentaciones por autor, no se incluirán las comunicaciones en coautoría que presente oralmente otro de los autores.
Deadline for summary submission is September 26th 2016 (EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 3RD 2016). Summaries composed following these instructions must be submitted exclusively through this website by clicking on the Summaries & fullpapers link at the bottom. The electronic template can be accessed through that link after following instructions for identification. One template should be filled for each presentation you wish to submit.
Deadline for submission of full-length papers will be December 19, 2016. Full papers may be submitted in Spanish, in English or in bilingual format, following this “formato” (or this template in English, or this bilingual template). They must be sent as a pdf file through this web page, by clicking on the link Summaries and full papers at the end of it.
Before February 27, 2017, paper acceptances, rejections and modifications as required by the Scientific Committee will be notified. The modifications required by the Scientific Committee, if they are, must be resubmitted before March 13, 2017. The presentation format will also be indicated: oral communication or poster (poster format). Authors will be notified of definitive acceptance before April 10, 2017.
A book with the summaries of the papers will be published, and full papers will only be published in digital format. It will be necessary that the author who is going to present each paper has registered in the Congress before April 30, 2017, for the publication of the summary and the full paper. Each author is allowed to present no more than 4 presentations. For the calculation of the number of presentations by author, co-authored communications presented orally by other of the coauthors will not be included.
